We accept payments in EEK and EURO. In order to guarantee the reservation we kindly ask for prepayment of 1 night stay worth. The prepayment is made by credit card 15 days before arrival. We accept MasterCard and Visa. The rest is paid in cash during check-in on arrival. Details on prepayment will be sent together with our letter, confirming your reservation.

You can pay the whole sum in cash during check-in on arrival in case you reserved the apartment less than 15 days before arrival or in other exceptional situations (on agreement with administration)

Reservation cancellation

If reservation is cancelled at least 15 days before arrival, no cancel penalty will be charged. In case of later cancellation the prepayment is not returned.

If client does not arrive at agreed time and does not inform about delay or change of reservation dates, a penalty worth 50% of whole order will be charged.

In case the visitor leaves earlier than planned, we will make recalculation for actual stay according to the pricelist. The difference in payment will be refunded. In case the visitor stays less than half of planned period, we will also make recalculation for actual stay according to the pricelist, but the visitor will be charged a penalty in amount of one night stay cost.
