Renovated apartment (78 m²) in historical wooden house has two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and dressing room. It is a 2 level apartment connected by wooden stairs. Living room with cooking corner and one of the bathrooms are located on the first level. Two bedrooms, second bathroom and dressing room are located on the upper level. One bedroom has double bed(160cm) and single bed; another bedroom has double bed (160cm) and single sofa-bed. There is a double sofa-bed in the living room. There is baby bed and chair for feeding child up to 3 years old in the apartment (please request in advance). The maximum number of guests is 7 (6+1 guest on extra sofa-bed).
Hot water, adjustable heating, linens and towels, WiFi internet connection and cable TV (Russian, German, English and other channels) are all at your service to make you stay as comfortable as possible. There is a free parking space in the closed yard available (should be ordered beforehand). |

Area Description
The apartment is located in the city center on a quiet Sugise street. It is a 10- to 12-minute walk away from Toompea Castle and the Town Hall Square in the heart of the old town. It is 2 stops by bus to Vabaduse Square, the main square of Tallinn. The Tallinn city tour bus stop is just 200 metres away (excursions in English, German). Aqua and Sauna Center of the "Meriton" Hotel is located just 50 m away (aqua and sauna centre facilities include a variety of different saunas and pools).

Transfer on arrival to the apartment from Tallinn airport, harbor, bus or train station is free of charge (1 car, 4 passengers). Our manager will meet you.
The transfer back is by a taxi, paid by guest.

It is a NON smoking apartment. The fine for the smoking in apartment is 35 Euro (deposit of 35 EUR will be collected during check-in and returned during check-out).

Check-in and Check-out times have to be agreed in advance. For the Check-out after 16:00 (4.00 pm) client pays extra 50% of the rate per one night.
