Villa has a fire-place hall, kitchen/dining room, garden (possible to grill or barbeque). Villa has WIFI internet, digital TV(including Russian, German, English and other channels), home cinema and free parking in the yard. You can rent a bicycle as well. Prices differ depending on the number of guests, spent nights and include linens and towels, room cleaning. |

New comfortable 2-floor house is located in Haabneeme, the luxury Tallinn suburb on the Viimsi peninsula. 300 meters away from the seashore; not crowded beach with children playgrounds is located in 500 meters away. The center(Old Town) is 20 minutes away by car or shuttle taxi (intervals 15-20min, ticket 1,6 EUR) or 25 minutes away by Bus. There is a SPA center nearby (health center where you can take refreshing and relaxing procedures, more info: www.viimsitervis.ee ), club-restaurant a la carte PAAT (www.paat.ee), carting center, National park. Bicycle and skating roads go 30 km along the seaside. For lovers of extreme sports there is surfing base 2.5 km away. (www.surf.ee ).
